OUR PRICES

Please contact us for details of our pricing structure. We will e-mail you a summary of all our packages, services and associated pricing. We offer hourly, per page and per word rates.

It is difficult to give an accurate quote without sighting a document, but as a general guide, selected rates are as follows:

          •  Copywriting - R250 per hour
          •  Proofreading – R27 per page or 9 cents per word
          •  Language Editing – R45 per page or 15 cents per word
          •  Light Editing - R51 per page or 17 cents per word
          •  Substantive Editing - R72 per page or 24 cents per word
          •  Setting up a basic Adwords campaign - R1300
          •  Business profiles - R850 (1 page), R1750 (3-4 pages), R3450 (7-8 pages)

FOR A QUOTATION

          •  Supply us with a sample of your work, preferably by e-mail (MS Word or pdf format), or by fax
          •  If required, specify the medium, required length, target audience and deadline
          •  Academic documents may need further information such as required referencing system and style
             (refer to your institutional or journal submission guidelines)

Once the required information has been received, we will e-mail you a quote within 24 hours. When you have agreed to the quote and have paid a 50% deposit against an initial invoice, work will commence. This requirement may be waived for small jobs or repeat customers.


PAYMENT

The final 50% payment is made on completion, when the client is satisfied with the work done. With long projects, a monthly retainer amount can be negotiated. Payment should be made by electronic funds transfer (EFT) or PayPal.
